When Is The Next Fourth Wing Book Coming Out

Alright, gather 'round, gather 'round, folks! You know how sometimes you're craving a slice of pizza, but you're not sure if the place down the street is still open? Well, that's kind of how I feel about the next Fourth Wing book. I'm dying to know when it's coming out, but no one's spilling the beans yet. So, let's dive into this mystery, shall we?

First things first, what's the Fourth Wing all about?

Imagine if your high school had a secret society of dragon-riding badasses. No, not like those lame clubs that sell cookies or promote 'world peace'. We're talking about a group that literally fights off mythical creatures and saves the world from certain doom. That's the Fourth Wing for you!

Now, you might be thinking, "Wow, that sounds awesome! But why haven't I heard of it before?" Well, my friend, that's because the Fourth Wing is super secret. They're like the CIA of the magical world, but with more fire-breathing action and less paperwork.

So, when's the next book coming out?

Great question! I wish I had a crystal ball to give you an exact date. But alas, I'm just a humble writer, not a fortune teller. However, I've done some digging, and here's what I've found:

The first book, "The Dragon's Promise," came out in 2021. That's right, it's been a whole year, and we're all still waiting with bated breath for the next one. I mean, come on, Elin Wyne, give us something to tide us over!

But seriously, folks, the wait is totally worth it. Wyne's writing is like a rollercoaster ride - full of twists, turns, and unexpected drops that'll leave you screaming for more. So, even if we have to wait a little longer, we know it's going to be epic.

Any hints from the author?

Well, Wyne has dropped a few crumbs here and there. She's mentioned that the next book will focus on a new character, which is exciting because it means we'll get to see more of this magical world from a different perspective. Plus, she's promised more action, more drama, and more dragons. What more could you ask for?

But here's the thing, folks. Wyne's also said that she's not rushing the process. She wants to make sure the story is perfect before she shares it with us. And as much as it sucks to wait, I respect that. After all, we're not just waiting for any old book. We're waiting for the next chapter in the Fourth Wing saga!

So, what can we do while we wait?

First off, you could always reread "The Dragon's Promise." I mean, it's not like we've all memorized every word or anything. cough

But seriously, there are plenty of other amazing books out there to keep you occupied. If you're into fantasy, you might want to check out "Shadow and Bone" by Leigh Bardugo or "The City of Brass" by S.A. Chakraborty. Both are incredible series with their own unique worlds and magical systems.

And hey, if you're feeling really impatient, you could always try writing your own Fourth Wing fan fiction. I mean, who knows? Maybe Wyne will stumble upon your masterpiece and decide to make you an honorary member of the Fourth Wing. Stranger things have happened, right?

Alright, let's wrap this up.

So, there you have it, folks. The next Fourth Wing book is coming, but we don't know exactly when. But hey, that's half the fun, right? The anticipation, the waiting, the constant refreshing of Goodreads to see if there's any new info. It's like waiting for Christmas as a kid, but with less carols and more dragons.

Until then, keep your eyes peeled for any updates, and remember: patience is a virtue. And if all else fails, you can always console yourself with the fact that at least we're not waiting for the next "Game of Thrones" book. (Sorry, George R.R. Martin.)

Stay magical, my friends!
