First things first, if you haven't watched the show, spoiler alert! We're about to spill some guts (not literally, don't worry).

Rick's Wild Ride

Rick Grimes, played by the ever-so-dashing Andrew Lincoln, has been through more than a walker's all-you-can-eat buffet. He's lost loved ones, fought off hordes of the undead, and even had a run-in with a tank. The guy's a survivor, through and through.

But with a show title like The Walking Dead, it's only a matter of time before our favorite characters bite the dust. Or is it?

The Big Goodbye

In season 9, episode 5, "What It Is," Rick faces off against a massive horde of walkers. In a twist that's got fans scratching their heads, he seemingly doesn't die. Instead, he's swept away by the floodwaters and presumed dead.

Rick's Alive? Maybe, Maybe Not
