Where Is Philip Michael Thomas Now

Hey there, ever wondered what happened to that cool dude, Philip Michael Thomas, who played Tubbs in Miami Vice? You know, the guy who rocked those pastel suits and drove a sweet Ferrari? Let's dive in and find out where he is now, yeah?

So, Where's Philip Michael Thomas Now?

Well, buckle up, 'cause we're going on a little journey through time. You might be surprised to find out that Philip Michael Thomas, or PMT as we'll call him for fun, has been keeping busy in more ways than you can imagine.

First things first, let's rewind to the '80s. PMT was living it up as Ricardo Tubbs, solving crimes in Miami with his partner, Sonny Crockett. They were the ultimate cool cops, driving fast cars and wearing even faster fashion. But what happened when the show wrapped in '89?

From Vice to... Broadway?

You might think PMT would stick to the small screen, but no way, Jose! He decided to give Broadway a shot. Can you believe it? The guy who was cruising the streets of Miami in a Ferrari was now tapping his toes on the Great White Way. Talk about a change of pace, huh?

He even landed a role in a Broadway production of The Iceman Cometh, a play by the legendary Tennessee Williams. Now that's what you call a dramatic shift, both literally and figuratively.

But Wait, There's More!

PMT didn't stop at Broadway. Oh no, he went global! He traveled to the UK and starred in a West End production of Chicago. That's right, the guy who was once a vice detective was now singing and dancing in a musical about murder and corruption. Talk about a switcheroo!

But here's the thing, folks. PMT isn't just about the acting. He's also a musician. Yes, you heard it right. This guy can sing and play the sax too. He even released an album called Living the Book of My Life in the '90s. How's that for a side hustle?

And Then There Was... Reality TV

Now, you might be thinking, "Wow, PMT's done it all!" But hold on to your hats, 'cause here comes another twist. In the 2000s, PMT joined the reality TV bandwagon. He was a contestant on Celebrity Fit Club, a show where celebrities compete to lose weight and get fit. Talk about a change of pace, huh?

But PMT didn't stop there. He also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK. That's right, folks. The guy who was once a vice detective was now living in a house with a bunch of other celebrities, being watched 24/7. Now that's what you call a reality check!

What is the cast of Miami Vice doing in 2019?

So, What's He Up To Now?

Well, as of now, PMT's been keeping a low profile. He's been busy with his music and acting here and there. He even made a comeback to TV in a show called I Dream of Nene. But hey, who knows what this versatile guy will do next? That's the fun of it, right?

One thing's for sure, though. PMT's life has been anything but boring. From cruising the streets of Miami to singing and dancing on Broadway, this guy's done it all. And that, my friends, is what makes him so darn interesting.

So, there you have it. A little journey through the life of Philip Michael Thomas. Who knows? Maybe next time you're watching a rerun of Miami Vice, you'll appreciate it even more, knowing all the cool stuff PMT's been up to. Until next time, folks!
