Harry Smith Brother Of Will Smith

Hey there, ever wondered who's the other half of Hollywood's famous Smith duo? I'm talking about Harry Smith, the lesser-known brother of the one and only, Will Smith. So, grab a snack, get comfy, and let's dish out some fun facts about Harry, yeah?

Who's Harry Smith?

Alright, so Harry is Will's older brother. Born on July 29, 1964, he's a full-on Gemini, which explains why he's got that twin thing going on with Will, even though they're not identical twins. Now, you might be thinking, "Wait, I've seen him before!" And you're right, you probably have. Harry's made a few appearances on screen, but more on that later.

Growing Up Smith

Harry and Will grew up in West Philadelphia, and if you're singing the Fresh Prince theme song in your head right now, well, you're not alone. The Smith brothers were raised by their mother, Carolyn, after their parents divorced when they were young. Now, Harry might not be a famous actor like his little bro, but he's still made a name for himself in his own right. He's a successful businessman, a family man, and, as we'll see, a bit of a Hollywood insider.

Harry's Hollywood Cameos

So, you might be wondering, "How did Harry end up in showbiz?" Well, it's not every day you have a superstar sibling, right? Harry's made a few appearances on screen, usually playing himself or a version of himself. He's popped up in a couple of Will's movies, like "Six Degrees of Separation" and "The Pursuit of Happyness". He even had a small role in the TV show "All of Us", created by... you guessed it, Will Smith.

But Harry's not just content with being a supporting actor in his brother's life. He's also produced a few movies, like "After Earth" and "Collateral Beauty". Now, I know what you're thinking, "Those movies were... interesting." But hey, every producer has their hits and their... well, you know.

Harry's Business Ventures

Now, Harry might not be the most famous Smith, but he's certainly no slouch when it comes to business. He's the CEO of Overbrook Entertainment, a production company he co-founded with Will. They've produced a bunch of movies and TV shows, including "The Karate Kid" remake, "The Secret Life of Bees", and even the animated series "Black Dynamite". Not too shabby, huh?

Family Man Harry

But enough about Hollywood, let's talk about Harry's personal life. He's married to Andrea Barnes, and they have two kids together. Now, I don't know about you, but I think it's pretty cool that Harry's kids have Uncle Will as their godfather. Talk about a fun family reunion!
