What Does Molly Bloom Do Now

So, you're wondering, "What's Molly Bloom up to these days?" Well, buckle up, 'cause we're about to dive into the world of this fascinating woman who's done a total 180 from her poker face days.

From Poker Princess to Publishing Powerhouse

Remember Molly Bloom, the woman who ran high-stakes poker games for Hollywood's A-listers? Yeah, that one. Well, she's traded in her deck of cards for a stack of books. That's right, folks, Molly's now a literary agent!

I know, I know, you're thinking, "How did that happen?" Well, it turns out, Molly's always been a bit of a bookworm. She told The New York Times, "I've always loved books. I've always loved storytelling." And hey, who are we to argue with a woman who's got a law degree from Loyola and a masters from Columbia?

From Hollywood Hills to NYC Skyscrapers

After her poker days, Molly found herself in the Big Apple, ready for a fresh start. She interned at CAA, one of the biggest talent agencies in the world. Talk about jumping into the deep end! But Molly's no stranger to high-stakes games, right?

She must've aced her internship because next thing we know, she's working at William Morris Endeavor, one of the biggest literary agencies in the biz. And she's not just making coffee and fetching lunches (though I'm sure she's done her fair share of that too, we all start somewhere, amirite?).

No, no, Molly's busy discovering and nurturing new talent. She's repped some big names, like Harlan Coben, Michael Connelly, and David Baldacci. Not bad for a girl who used to deal cards to the likes of Tobey Maguire and Leonardo DiCaprio, huh?

But Molly's not just about the big bucks. She's passionate about books, about storytelling. She told Publishers Weekly, "I want to find the next big thing. I want to find the next Harry Potter."

And she's not afraid to take risks. She's repped some controversial books, like The Game by Neal Strauss, which was all about the pickup artist scene. Molly's all about pushing boundaries, it seems.

From Poker Face to Public Speaking

But Molly's not just about the books. She's also become a bit of a public speaker, sharing her story at events and on podcasts. She's opened up about her past, her mistakes, and her journey to redemption. It's like she's saying, "Hey, I'm not perfect, but I'm working on it, and you can too."

And let's not forget her memoir, Molly's Game, which was adapted into a movie by Aaron Sorkin. Talk about a full-circle moment!

Molly Bloom: The Comeback Queen

So there you have it, folks. Molly Bloom, from poker princess to publishing powerhouse. She's a testament to the fact that it's never too late to turn a new leaf, to reinvent yourself. It's like she's saying, "Hey, I messed up, but I'm not defined by my mistakes. I'm defined by how I come back from them."

And that, my friends, is something we can all strive for. So here's to Molly Bloom, the comeback queen, proving that no matter where you come from, no matter what you've done, you can always, always, always start again.

And with that, I leave you with a little quote from Molly herself: "I'm not afraid to fail. I'm not afraid to fall. I'm just afraid I won't get back up." So let's all strive to be a little more Molly, a little more resilient, a little more ready to rise again.
