When Was Billy Joel's 100th Show At Madison Square Garden

So, there I was, scrolling through my old concert ticket stubs the other day, when I stumbled upon this little gem from way back in 2015. It was for Billy Joel's show at Madison Square Garden. Now, I'm not one to brag, but I've seen Billy live more times than I can count on my fingers and toes. And you know what? I realized I had no idea when his 100th show at the Garden happened. I mean, I was there, but I didn't know I was making history, you know?

Anyway, that got me curious. I mean, who wouldn't want to know when their favorite piano man played his 100th show at one of the most iconic venues in the world? So, I did what any curious concert-goer would do. I dug into the archives, and here's what I found.

Billy Joel's 100th Show at Madison Square Garden: A Milestone Night

Alright, so here's where it gets interesting. Billy Joel's 100th show at Madison Square Garden happened on October 18, 2015. Now, you might be thinking, "Wow, that's a lot of shows!" And you're right. But here's the thing, folks. Billy Joel has been playing monthly shows at the Garden since 2014, and he's not showing any signs of stopping. I mean, can you blame him? The place is electric every time he plays.

But back to 2015. The night of the 100th show was something special. I mean, it had to be, right? It was a milestone after all. And Billy didn't disappoint. He played all the hits - "Piano Man", "Uptown Girl", "Only the Good Die Young" - you name it. The crowd was electric, singing along to every word. It was one of those nights where you just knew you were part of something special.

How Did Billy Joel Celebrate?

Now, you might be wondering how Billy celebrated this big milestone. Well, according to the man himself, he didn't do anything too crazy. He just played the show like he always does - with heart and soul. But the Garden had a little surprise for him. They presented him with a special cake (because, you know, every milestone deserves cake) and a video tribute from some of his famous friends. I mean, who wouldn't want to celebrate with Bruce Springsteen and Paul McCartney sending their love?
